Edition terms

These terms describe how LONG—PROJECTS treats the physical print, the certificate of authenticity, and any optional digital collectible linked to a purchase. Sales and certificate issuance are made by The Combination Rule LLC d/b/a LONG—PROJECTS.

What the purchase includes

Each completed edition purchase includes the physical print you selected at checkout, any framing option you selected, and a gallery-issued certificate of authenticity tied to that serialized edition number.

What the certificate means

The certificate confirms that LONG—PROJECTS issued a specific edition after a paid order was confirmed. The legal issuer for each certificate is The Combination Rule LLC d/b/a LONG—PROJECTS. The certificate page and PDF are verification records, not bearer instruments.

What the digital collectible means

If a digital collectible is issued, it is a companion collectible linked to the gallery-issued edition record. It does not automatically transfer legal title to the physical artwork, shipment rights, or other offchain ownership rights by itself.

Custody and claim

Digital collectibles may first be minted to a LONG—PROJECTS custody wallet after a paid order is confirmed. Collectors can later request transfer to their own wallet through the certificate claim flow or other gallery-approved process.

Refunds, cancellations, and revocation

If an order is refunded or canceled before a custody-held collectible is transferred, LONG—PROJECTS may revoke the certificate and burn or invalidate the custody-held token tied to that order. If a collectible was already transferred externally, LONG—PROJECTS may revoke the certificate record even if the token remains onchain.

Transfers and secondary activity

Transfer of a digital collectible does not, by itself, obligate LONG—PROJECTS to re-ship, replace, or reassign the physical print. Any physical transfer or resale remains an offchain matter unless LONG—PROJECTS explicitly confirms otherwise in writing.

If an order, certificate, or claim needs review, contact info@long-projects.com. LONG—PROJECTS may request order information or wallet details to verify collector identity before updating certificate or delivery status.
