What do I get when I buy an edition?
You get the physical print described on the product page, any frame option selected at checkout, and a gallery-issued certificate of authenticity tied to your serialized edition number.
FAQ
Plain-language answers for collectors who want to understand what is physical, what is digital, and how LONG—PROJECTS handles claims and refunds.

No. Checkout is a normal Shopify purchase flow. A wallet is only relevant later if you decide to receive a digital collectible to your own address.
No. The collectible is a companion digital object tied to the certificate record. It does not automatically control legal title to the physical print or shipping rights on its own.
After a paid order is confirmed, LONG—PROJECTS may issue the collectible and hold it in gallery custody until you request delivery. The certificate page is the main public record for that edition.
Use the claim form on your certificate page. You can provide a wallet address there or ask LONG—PROJECTS for support if you need help receiving the collectible later.
LONG—PROJECTS may revoke the certificate. If the collectible is still in gallery custody, it may also be burned or invalidated. If the collectible has already been transferred out, the certificate can still be marked revoked even though the token remains onchain.
Not automatically. Physical ownership and logistics remain offchain unless LONG—PROJECTS explicitly confirms a physical transfer or reassignment in writing.
